Our caring and knowledgeable instructors focus on each student’s individual experience levels and always offer various level options for each pose. We have class types ranging from hatha yoga to restorative yoga, organic flow yoga, pranayama breathing yoga, somatic injury techniques and even meditation. There are ongoing yoga classes in Adelaide, which are more suitable for yogis who have been practising for at least six months, such that they have a firm understanding of yoga. Also, we offer beginning classes for those just starting out.
