Yoga and Meditation Classes- in-person/live-stream
Please note-
*our weekly timetable might change occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances like teacher availability or public holidays. So, it's always a good idea to keep an eye on the updated timetable on our online booking platform and book your classes in advance.
* Cut-off time to book online live-steam classes is 30 min prior to the start time of the class.
* You get the booking confirmation email with the zoom link for live-stream classes in the email you provide to us.
* Level 1 classes are suitable for beginner's ,Level 2 classes are intermidiate classes with a few challenging poses,Level 3 classes are suitable for intermidiate and experinced students.

Guru COVID has taught us how to offer classes live-streamed online as well as in person. We are continuing to offer classes this way even though we still think that live-in-person classes are ideal. This means that you can come to classes from wherever you are, and we hope you do.
Bookings are essential whether you are attending in person or online.
For IN-PERSON classes
- You must book in as places are limited to 25 in the Main Hall and 15 in the Studio Room.
For attending ONLINE - these classes are LIVE STREAMS of in-person classes
- You must book in to let us know you are coming (so we can be sure to set up the stream) and get the Zoom link on the booking confirmation email, please note the cut-off time to book online classes is 30 min prior to the start time of the class.
- Make sure you have opted in for account and reminder emails on your Momence profile so you get the booking confirmation email with the link.
- Add info@yogaspirit.com.au to your contacts so the email has less chance of going into a spam folder
- Get your gear together and set yourself up nice and early, perhaps 10 to 12 mins prior to the class
- Set yourself up so the camera can see you and turn on your video - this way the teacher has some chance of watching what you are doing and giving you more of a live experience by adjusting cues and making suggestions
- In our classes, we sometimes suggest blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets, so have things to hand, finding substitutes if you do not have the actual yoga gear .
- Many people are finding that if they can set up a second screen, for example, their TV, whether that is by wireless means or with a cable, it means that they can watch the teacher on one screen (e.g. the TV) and angle the camera into the perfect position for the teacher to see them. This is ideal.
- Despite our best efforts, it is possible that due to poor connections or other technical issues, we may not be able to live stream occasionally.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that students cancel their classes if they are unable to attend. Here are the guidelines for cancellations:
1) Multi-Class/Casual Class Pass Holders
-No Time Limit for In-Person Late Cancellations: You can cancel at any time before the class starts. However, if you cancel less than an hour before the class start time, the class will not be credited back to your account.
- **Late Cancellations**: Cancellations made within 15 minutes before the class start time will be considered late, but there is no late cancellation fee.
2) Live-Stream Classes
Booking and Cancellation: Please book and cancel live-stream classes at least 30 minutes before the start time.
- Rolling Membership Holders
- Late Cancellation Fee: A late cancellation fee of $10 per class may be applied if you repeatedly (more than 5 times in a month) book classes and do not show up.
Cancelling classes in advance helps our teachers to better organize and prepare for their sessions. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

For health and safety at IN-PERSON classes
- Do not attend if you are unwell
- Please supply your own equipment, we can loan equipment if required.
- Bring a full waterbottle
- Observe all social distancing protocols
- Clean your "mat" after class with the product supplied
- Use a bath towel over bolsters
