Then Our Hatha Yoga beginner's course is designed for you to practice Yoga in a safe and supportive environment. It is for people of all ages and fitness levels. Hatha Yoga is a great way to de-stress and improves health and overall well-being.

No prior yoga experience is necessary to participate in this course. All you need is comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, and an open mind.
