The Fundamentals of Vinyasa Flow course provides an introduction to important techniques,

key physical principles, and breath-work, while guiding students through a seamless flow of poses.

In addition to physical practice, we will also explore the mental and spiritual aspects of Yoga, such as philosophy and meditation. By the end of the course, you will have a solid foundation in yoga and be able to successfully attend any classes at Yoga Spirit Studios.

This course will be helping you to achieve strength, flexibility, balance, and a peaceful mind.

No prior yoga experience is necessary to participate in this course. All you need is comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, and an open mind.

This course Includes 2 Weeks of unlimited access to Yoga Spirit Studios drop-in classes

The first time you take the 6-week Beginners Yoga Course it will include unlimited attendance at ongoing classes up to two weeks from the end of your 4th session. (Terms & conditions apply).
