As young people grow and mature they are ready for greater physical challenges and are capable of longer feats of concentration. Yoga helps them develop mindfulness which is a great asset for their studies and for life. Yoga is great for mental as well as physical health and builds a positive body image and emotional resilience.
Yoga for children and young people is offered in school terms which are purchased as a block. Registrations are essential as classes have a minimum size of six and a maximum size of twelve.
Booking and Prices
Book and pay in advance each term and the price is calculated at $15 per class, the price per term would be, for an 11 week term, $165, for a 10 week term $150. Early bird price gives a savings of 10% on the term = one class. Early bird expires midnight on the Friday of the last week of the school term before, or, in the case of the early bird for term 1, on 31 December.
Alternatively, if you know you will not be able to come for several classes in the term, book your child in unpaid and pay casually for classes attended. Casual price is $18 per class.
Term already started but you would like to join? No problem. pay casually for the remainder of term. Do let us know in advance however by booking in. Acceptance into the class will depend on there being spare places.
Pre-enrollment is essential to ensure we have a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 in these classes. Minimum numbers must be reached by one week before the class commences for the term. Booking early has great advantages. It helps secure the class, it gives you the Early Bird Discount and you ensure a place in the term in case the class fills up.
