Hatha Yoga is a great way to de-stress and improve health and overall wellbeing. More than an exercise regime, yoga shapes the body and mind to orient towards deep happiness.
Our Beginners Yoga Courses consist of 6 lessons taught on the same day of the week at the same time on consecutive weeks. Classes are an hour in duration.
The classes are carefully designed to be an enjoyable, educational and safe introduction to yoga for you.
Participation is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and flexibility.

The first time you take the 6 week Beginners Yoga Course it will include unlimited attendance at ongoing classes up to two weeks from the end of your 4th session.
NOTE: The two weeks of unlimited classes with your Beginners Yoga course is a ONE TIME ONLY offer. You are welcome to repeat your Beginners Yoga Course but the unlimited classes pass only applies to your first one.
Attendance is on the same day and time as the starting day for six weeks. If a public holiday occurs in this period, there will be no class on the public holiday and the course will continue the next week.
On your first Beginners Yoga course, you can simultaneously access any drop-in class in the studio. Explore more postural yoga in Tone & Stretch and Everyday Yoga. Or try some Somatics (it's a bit different) in Pain-Free Body and Mind. You can also learn iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation on Saturday mornings at 9 am with a one-hour class including a half-hour iRest practice, which is a guided meditation practiced lying down.
