Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to stay connected to the body and its changing needs during pregnancy.

More than a fitness class, prenatal yoga is holistic preparation for birth and beyond.

It's easy, safe, and gentle - and great fun.

Your needs during pregnancy are very different from those of the general population, and our highly trained speciality teachers know exactly how to take care of you.

Learn stretches, breathing techniques, and meditative practices that will help you when the big moment comes, as well as a physical practice carefully modified to accommodate both you and your baby.

We encourage you to attend at any stage after the 12-week mark and connect with our group of people going through the same wonderful changes and experiences that you are.

Beginners and first-time yogis are very welcome.

Postnatal Yoga

A lot of changes happen to your body after childbirth.

That’s why after having a baby, your body needs time to heal and rest — and so does your mind.

As a modified, low-intensity form of yoga, postnatal yoga can help your recovery with both.

This form of yoga focuses on recovery and restoration and can alleviate stress and depression after giving birth.

You can start practicing postnatal yoga a few days to a few weeks after childbirth, depending on how your delivery went.

Postnatal yoga offers the most benefits during the first three months after childbirth.

We have multiple options available to help you maintain flexible access to a healthy routine, during what can be a tricky time in life to schedule.

Option 1: Structured Prenatal 8-Week Yoga Course

These are regular prenatal yoga classes delivered as a structured 8-week program.

Weekly classes are available on Wednesday evenings or Sunday mornings, and access to these classes expires after 8-weeks.

Unused classes can’t be carried forward, either for prenatal or postnatal access once the 8-week prenatal program is finished.

If you’re the type of person who benefits from being committed to a regular, pre-scheduled routine and the price and duration meet your budget and needs, then this is the option for you.

Option 2: Flexible Class Pass

If you want optimal flexibility within a budget that suits, then this is the option for you.

These passes enable you to attend our pregnancy yoga classes whenever you want, before or after birth.

Choose from:

$30 Come-n-try 2 Weeks Unlimited Class Pass – you have 14 days to attend multiple classes

$110 5 Class Pass – you have 2 months from your first class to attend 5 classes in total

$195 10 Class Pass – you have 3 months from your first class to attend 10 classes in total

$350 20 Class Pass – you have 6 months from your first class to attend 20 classes in total

Unused classes can’t be carried forward past expiry, either for prenatal or postnatal access once your Pass expires.

During the booking process you will be asked to select your preferred Class Pass.
