Neal Ghoshal is a senior teacher with both Yoga Australia and Yoga New Zealand and is a master of restorative yoga. In 2015 Neal was our guest at Yoga Spirit Studios for a full weekend of learning the art of restorative yoga.
This year, in this 2.5 hour workshop on a Friday night we return to the art, and Neal's guidance in finding consummate ease and comfort to truly let go.
