Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to stay connected to the body and its changing needs during pregnancy. More than a fitness class, prenatal yoga is a holistic preparation for birth and beyond. Your needs during pregnancy are very different from those of the general population, and our highly trained specialty teachers know exactly how to take care of you.
Learn stretches, breathing techniques, and meditative practices that will help you when the big moment comes, as well as a physical practice carefully modified to accommodate both you and your baby. We encourage you to attend after the 12-week mark and connect with our group of people going through the same wonderful changes that you are.
