In this 4 week course you will learn to:
Sessions will include mindfulness and meditation techniques and gentle physical movements. Please wear comfortable clothes, and bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. We will provide props so that you can create a comfortable seat to meditate in, but if you'd like to use one of our bolsters please bring a towel to place over the top.
