Again and again people share how their minds are so busy they cannot even sleep. Anxiety is the curse of our modern life, and people know that meditation will help, but the discursive mind seems an insurmountable barrier.
Meditation means different things to different traditions. And it need not mean have a blank mind, though it may to some traditions.
There are many traditions, many techniques and many underlying beliefs to those techniques.
In this course I share information and techniques that will help you get started AND stick at it. You will learn to meditate authentically and without an electronic "app".
This course will be offered IN PERSON to a limited number, but will be livestreamed on Zoom as an ONLINE offering as well. When you click through the link below please choose the option that best suits you, and if you discover that you are not able to attend in person because it is full, do consider joining me online.

Hi. I have been where you are. Thinking I would like to meditate but also feeling like a failure whenever I tried. Something kept me at it, and I have learnt a whole load of techniques in the 40 or so years I have been learning yoga and meditation.
I can honestly say it is the best effort I ever made as through meditation I have been able to stabilise my life and find peace and joy no matter what is happening around me.
You can read more about me over here. I look forward to sharing meditation with you in this course.
Please note: this is not the same course as the Introduction to Meditation 4 week course that has previously been offered.
