This class focuses on increasing range of motion in the joints and building strength in key muscle groups, such as thighs, arms, shoulders, and the core.

Your other activities, such as sports, and recreation will be enhanced with injury risk prevention, postures that build stability in joints, and also the movements that increase your natural range of motion. Learn key principles of alignment and practise them until they are automatic in the body for enhanced performance.
