I love the nurturing, slow and relaxing style of this yoga. The restorative yoga was wonderful. I loved being able to relax and then relax some more. I found for a weekend retreat, the pace and style of yoga was perfect for relaxing.

What a wonderful experience! The yoga was fabulous and I enjoyed the Yoga Nidra and the various uses of the blankets and bolsters to create our 'nests'. Tina introduced me to aspects of yoga that I didn't know existed and I plan to look for more regular yoga classes. I enjoyed the mix of relaxation and more 'traditional' yoga sessions as well as some of the more free-form movement classes. Tina was extraordinary - her knowledge, poise, adaptability and confidence in teaching really were the triumph of the weekend; with the yoga the key item on the program, I think her performance was critical - a lesser instructor would have resulted in a poorer evaluation from me.
