iRest Meditation class in Adelaide

Life can be hard. iRest can make it better.

iRest® is a deeply healing meditative practice. It is usually practiced as the ancient meditation form called yoga nidra, lying down being guided through a deep self inquiry by the teacher.

Join Tina Shettigara each Saturday morning to explore an aspect of the practice and then to do the meditation. Tina records the session and sends it to participants during the following week. You can take this class in person or online via Zoom. To take the online class, book in and make sure you are signed up for email notifications.  The link will be sent in your booking confirmation.
