Energise and find your flow in this class. You will warm the body and increase the heart rate over a sustained period of moving through linked postures that flow from one to another, synchronised with the breath.
Focus the mind
By moving through flowing postures you will get out of the monkey mind as you focus on the physical, and in joining breath with movement. Finish class in a better frame of mind.
