To learn introductory yoga in Adelaide at Yoga Spirit Studios, you don't need to be fit, flexible, or even in very good shape at all. Just come to class and start learning, and with regular attendance and practice at home, you will steadily become stronger, more flexible, more focused, and calmer. Our teachers are experienced and caring and create a relaxed atmosphere so that you can feel comfortable learning to practice yoga at your own pace. When you have completed your introductory course, and you are ready for something a little more advanced, or if you already have some yoga experience, we also offer ongoing beginners classes. These classes focus on refining what you learned in your introductory course and expanding your knowledge and skill to prepare you for general level classes. In ongoing beginners classes, you’ll build strength, technique, flexibility, and stamina as you attend classes regularly and continue to practice at home. We recommend that you remain in ongoing beginners classes for three to six months before moving on.
Experienced ongoing classes cover a range of yoga practices including meditation, asana technique, organic flow, restorative practices, pranayama, and more. These classes allow you to deepen your existing knowledge and are designed for those with at least six months’ experience.
