Where to find gentle embodied yoga in Adelaide's inner west

Where are we?

While our road is called Henley Beach Road, we are actually closer to the city than the beach. The studio is located on the north side of Henley Beach Road between Clifford Street and West Street. We are right in the centre of that block in a character laden heritage building.

Heritage building

We call her a gracious old lady. The building we occupy is on the local heritage register, a beautiful old stone hall. You will spot it right in the middle of the block between Clifford and West streets, on Henley Beach Road.

Parking

Parking is in the side streets. In the blocks closest to Henley Beach Road there is one hour parking restriction between 8 am and 5pm on Weekdays and to noon on Saturdays, so you will need to park a little further down the street. Allow time for the short stroll. Please be considerate of our neighbours in choosing your park and avoid obstructing driveways. Feel free to lobby West Torrens Council traffic division to extend the parking time to two hours to make attendance at your class easier. See here.

Local cafes and shopping

Yoga Spirit Studios is located in the Torrensville/Mile End shopping precinct. Within a short stroll is the Drakes supermarket, an Asian supermarket, three pharmacists, a post office, most banks, newsagent, fruit shop, medical centre, and other retail outlets. Cafes include a variety of ethnic cuisines such as Thai, Chinese, Indian, Italian, Greek, Persian and Japanese and fast food outlets, subway and Fasta Pasta.
