Sessions will include mindfulness and meditation techniques and gentle physical yoga movements.

Anne Rodgers is a qualified Mindfulness Practitioner with Oasis Mindfulness. Anne shares 30 years of her business wisdom to help individuals enjoy life in the most challenging of professional and personal circumstances. Anne has a Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, is a Level 1 Hatha Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia and Level 1 teacher with the Mindfulness Training Institute of Australia.
