Hatha Yoga is a great way to de-stress and improve health and overall wellbeing. More than an exercise regime, yoga shapes body and mind to orient towards deep happiness.
Our Introductory Courses consist of 6 lessons taught on the same day of the week at the same time on consecutive weeks. Classes are an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and a half in duration.
The classes are carefully designed to be an enjoyable, educational and safe introduction to yoga for you.
Participation is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and flexibility.

Our courses are very popular so bookings with payment are essential for securing your place.
Please note: There are no drop in classes for these courses. For casual class visits please choose one of our ongoing classes. Courses are also not transferable to another person after the course has commenced.
Attendance is on the same day and time as the starting day for six weeks. If a public holiday occurs in this period, there will be no class on the public holiday and the course will continue the next week.
If you cannot attend a class, a makeup class will be allowed in an Ongoing Beginners class at the studio.
