Arm balances are fun and cool to do, but can be tricky. Consistent practice and quality instruction can make all the difference.
Arm balances require a combination of upper body strength, core strength, technique and courage. They need to be approached in a spirit of fun and experimentation. In the process of learning arm balances you will conquer fear and develop strength that will aid in your wellbeing in your everyday life. Whether you ever actually balance fully in a hand stand or not, the yoga is in the journey and you can only gain in the endeavour.

Deepen Your Yoga Courses are included in unlimited class memberships. You are most welcome to attend, however if you have previously done a course and wish to do the same course again, we would prefer to give priority to others who have not yet had a chance to do the course. Please contact the office to be manually wait listed for a course if wishing to enrol in it for the second time.
