In addition to drop in yoga classes for ongoing yoga, Yoga Spirit Studios offers courses ranging from 4 to 8 weeks in duration that will teach you different aspects of yoga in a more focussed way. In these courses you will attend at the same time on the same day of the week for the duration of your course. These courses are great value.
