About this workshop
Sankalpa is a powerful tool from ancient yoga practices that will guide you to live in harmony and grace. Sankalpa is the banks of the river of your life. By connecting with your Sankalpa with awareness you will find the means to flow within the banks, following your true purpose.
Coming into our Sankalpa can take time. This workshop is designed to help you to discover it by using the intuitive brain in meditation and creative activities as well as through a cognitive understanding accessed through informative lecture.
This approach to Sankalpa is through the first three of the ten step protocol of iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation, the Intention, Heartfelt Desire and Inner Resource.
Together we will:
Talk, listen, share, write, craft, move and enjoy iRest® Yoga Nidra meditation.
Don't worry - you do not have to produce acclaimed works of art in the creative activities - they are simply a tool to unlock your intuition.
Price includes cost of arts and craft materials but please bring a pair of scissors for cutting paper and a glue stick.
Some notes with space for your note taking will also be included.
