You might be thinking that those arm balances, crow, side crow, peacock and so on look so cool, but have no idea how to make it happen.
Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is arm balancing. Discover the basic skills and strength required to take flight into poses like crow pose. Learn how to build the strength and skills required, even if you are still not ready to truly take flight and balance.
Instead of a quick invitation to try it out in class spend two hours dissecting the skills, so at least you know what you need to do to get there in the end. Then it's up to you to practice.
