This is a restorative yoga class held occasionally, usually around once per quarter, which is placed on the drop-in classes schedule so that you can use your regular class pass to attend.
In restorative yoga we use props to support the body in positions similar to classic Hatha yoga poses, allowing deep relaxation. By relaxing deeply and consciously we allow tension to release, we allow our bodies to soften, for energy to flow. By re-connecting with our ‘natural’ relaxed self, as Judith Lasater says, we restore and renew our energy levels.
