ONGOING BEGINNERS CLASSES are suitable if you have completed an Introductory course or if you have done yoga before. If you cannot do a beginners course, then you are also welcome to come along to one of these classes to try (just let us know firstly that you will be doing this). We recommend that you spend at least 3 - 6 months in these classes before progressing into GENERAL LEVEL CLASSES . Ongoing Beginners classes will refine and expand upon what has been taught in the beginners courses and build your technique, strength, stamina while also improving your flexibility and helping you to relax and let go.
You do not need to book into ongoing classes. Come along, relax, stretch and enjoy.
Regular attendance will be very beneficial.

You may also want to consider the Midweek Restorative on Wednesday evening at 7.30 in the studio room, or the Midlife and Menopause class ((for ladies of a certain age) on Thursday at 9.30am.
All ongoing classes are 90 minutes duration.
