These yoga classes are designed to support the health and well-being of women in midlife and through menopause with gentle stretching, supported postures, breathing and relaxation.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
Karen Forrest has been practicing yoga for eleven years, including during the emotional and physical changes she experienced in the midst of menopause. She found yoga very beneficial at this time in her life and she loves sharing her experience and love of yoga with other women, helping them to discover the joys and benefits of yoga too.
