ABOUT OUR GENERAL CLASSES
All of our classes have an inclusive feel to them. We like to feel welcome to move at your own pace in all of our classes. However our general level classes are not suitable for Beginners because we do expect a certain degree of understanding about yoga. Not that these classes include fancy postures nor do these classes require any particular level of flexibility. These classes are wholistic in that we chant at the start of the class, move through sun salutations in an organic fluid way, try different postures and practice inversions. These classes also sometimes include meditation, restorative practices and tend to let you have more independence to choose how far you take certain postures.
Our intermediate level classes are attended by people who have some yoga experience (minimum 6 months) and are of all levels of flexibility and fitness.
What is required for these classes is an open mind and willingness to explore more aspects of yoga than simply the physical asana.
If you are interested in going into more depth with your practice and finding out more about yourself within the context of yoga then these classes might be just what you are looking for.
You are welcome to come and try them.
